Besides the obvious: they are not produced by the same companies, and the pairings and fandom are are just...:iconzeldafacepalmplz:
Tangled: - And Rapunzel, is my favourite movie, and princess (even at my age.) And what made the other half of that movie so good? Flynn/Eugiene! I dunno if you watched the little 10 minute special that came with the movie, but he ended up marrying Rapunzel. Not Jack. Not Hiccup. I thought Flynn was popular with the fandom :c I know I sure liked him.

Rise of the Guardians: I liked the movie pretty well, and Jack too. While it wasn't really...stated, him and Tooth seemed to like each other, although that's a moot point. (Don't really ship Jack with anyone per se.) It's really annoying to see him paired with Hiccup when he's not even gay. If his feelings lean towards Tooth, a girl, that automatically disproves the nonsensical pairing.

How to Train Your Dragon: Pretty much one of the best movies with a series. Period. Hiccup I love . Pretty much in the first five minutes of the movie, we see he likes Astrid, a girl. Again, disproving he has any interest in males, or is gay. He kisses Astrid a couple of times. And Astrid likes him too. (That, and I love Astrid as a character. Even still, I know some people don't :( )So...why he's paired with Jack baffles me. And Rapunzel? She's married to Flynn/Eugiene. And Meridia...just why? Why? The entire movie as based on how she did NOT want to get married, or find a man!

Brave: I didn't like it. Of all the three, I found Meridia to be a selfish, and whiny example of a princess. It wasn't that she didn't want to get married. That's all well and good. It's the fact that she was so rude to her mother, and pretty much everyone in the movie. There's a difference between saying, "I don't want to get married" vs "I hate you!111 So I'll show you I don't have to get married1111". I hate seeing her with Hiccup and Jack. I don't need to bother repeating what I said above. Same thing applies here.

And this is not me hating on the movies or characters. I just find the whole idea over-rated, annoying and just...weird. I can understand why the movies were popular, and why people like doing crossovers. But there's a right and a wrong way to do it. If you ask me, this is the wrong way.

Yeah, this doesn't make sense, but my big four, Spider-Man from Marvel, Hiccup from How To Train Your Dragon, Po from Kung Fu Panda, and Bumblebee from Transformers all have something in common and that would be that all of them went from zeroes to heroes, and in my universe, the archipelago in How To Train Your Dragon was hidden away from the rest of the Earth which is also in Earth-616 and Hiccup ran away with Toothless when he won dragon training and went to New York and met Spider-Man and the two eventually found out that they were twin brothers because they had a lot of things and common and looked very similar, and Hiccup was adopted by Stoick and Valka when Hiccup and Spidey's parents came to Berk investigating and Hiccup was left behind to be adopted so he can be safe and Spidey was left with his aunt and uncle to be safe because they believed they would be safer if they were separated, and they went to a plane to go back but were killed, and Hiccup visits Berk from time to time with Spider-Man to see Stoick, and Spider-Man and Astrid bonded and have crushes on each other. And as for Po and Bumblebee, they met Spider-Man and Hiccup when Po came into Earth-616 and Bumblebee came to New York while on a mission for the autobots, and their worlds combined when all universes joined together agains a maniac named Lucifer. They all became friends and roommates. Sure, it doesn't make too much sense, but it makes more sense than this Big Four. Here's my big four:
